FTC Grants Autodesk Early Termination for MaintainX Deal
The Federal Trade Commission cleared Autodesk's acquisition of MaintainX ahead of schedule, removing a key regulatory hurdle for the software giant.

For Autodesk, the green light removes one of the most meaningful obstacles standing between the company and closing the MaintainX deal, allowing both parties to move toward finalization without the uncertainty of a prolonged government review.
