Heidmar Maritime Acquires Q-Shipping, Adds Nine Vessels
Heidmar Maritime Holdings completes Q-Shipping B.V. buyout, expanding its managed fleet and opening offices in the Netherlands, Turkey, and Ukraine.
Heidmar Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: HMR) announced Monday that it has completed the acquisition of Q-Shipping B.V., a Netherlands-based ship management and crewing firm, in a deal that immediately bolsters the Athens- and New York-headquartered company's operational footprint across Europe and the Middle East.
The transaction adds nine vessels to Heidmar's managed fleet, a tangible step toward scaling the company's ship management platform at a time when demand for third-party vessel management services remains robust across global shipping markets.

Beyond the fleet expansion, the deal gives Heidmar a physical operating presence in the Netherlands and Turkey, two strategically significant maritime hubs, while establishing a dedicated crewing capability in Ukraine — a country that, despite ongoing geopolitical pressures, continues to supply a substantial share of the world's commercial seafarers.
The move signals Heidmar's intent to compete more aggressively for third-party ship management contracts by offering clients an integrated suite of technical management and crewing services from multiple jurisdictions. Analysts watching the tanker and dry-bulk sectors will likely view the geographic diversification as a hedge against regional labor and regulatory disruptions.
